This apparition was never used in the film, but a copy was used in "House on Haunted Hill" in 2000, with my permission.

The story is about the revenge of the ghost of a
young woman whose drowning was caused by four men. In their old
age, her decayed apparitions cause their deaths. My apparitions
were simple head and shoulder, life size puppets.
